Event Details

  1. Sign up via the eventbrite link
  2. Track your steps using whatever technology you want. Fitbit, pedometer, phone tracker etc.
  3. The goal is an average of 10,000 steps per day each week.
  4. Each Thursday (one week from the start date of Feb. 1st, and then every week after that on Thursday) everyone turns in total steps. We will ask for honesty policy on steps per day
  5. Each week we will send out an email with everyone’s progress
  6. There will be prizes given for most steps each week, as well as most steps at the end of the 28 days

We will be hosting "office walks" once a week to encourage more steps, so look out for emails to see when those are!
