Larkin Poe

Larkin Poe is a roots rock ‘n roll sister duo comprised of Rebecca Lovell and Megan Lovell – descendants of tortured artist and creative genius, Edgar Allen Poe. At a young age, the girls were classically trained on violin and piano while being exposed to classic rock icons including Fleetwood Mac and Pink Floyd. Rebecca (lead singer) now plays lead guitar and Megan (harmony vocals) contributes on lapsteel. After experimenting with an array of musical styles, they found a way to blend together a sound that channels their distinct voice. The duo has previously hit the road as opening and backing bands for Conor Oberst, Kristian Bush (Sugarland) and Elvis Costello who praises that “they have a head start on the rest of us with the unique power and beauty of sibling harmony”. Larkin Poe are currently working on their next album.

Grayson Capps

Grayson Capps is relaxed. You can hear it in the tone of his voice when he speaks, in the thoughtful, laconic way he reflects on the sometimes-tumultuous course of his life and work. It’s not the sound of complacency or comfort, but rather of personal growth and understanding. Capps is not without worry or darkness in his life, but he’s reached a kind of peace with it, an unhurried acceptance that enables him to write with unflinching honesty and remarkable humanity. His long-awaited new solo album, ‘Scarlett Roses,’ is his first in six years, and it showcases the kind of understated brilliance that can blossom when creativity is detached from expectation, when songs are truly given the space and time to find their writer. Grayson Capps is relaxed, but it wasn’t always this way.

Florea

Etched into the ebbs and tides of Florea's dark + delirious Americana rock is a traveler's wistful longing. Spinning tales from desert dreams to sinners in the swamp, Florea's songs of honey and venom are just that: both sides of the coin, light and dark, lost and found. Featuring Megan Fong on vocals/guitar, Alex Ferreira on drums, Franco Valentino on bass, and Christine Palmer on trumpet. "Sinister, sexy, and surprising, Florea’s debut EP is packed with raw emotions, deft songwriting, and stylistic dexterity that makes every tune like an unexpected, forbidden, and probably deadly kiss." -Eryc Eyl
