Common Questions
- Do I have to stop using Gmail?
- No. Your denver.co address forwards straight to your current inbox. You keep using Gmail, Outlook, or whatever you use now. Nothing changes except the address you hand out.
- How does it actually work?
- We provision your address through Google Workspace, the same infrastructure behind Gmail. Your new address forwards to your existing inbox, and you can reply as yourname@denver.co from any email client.
- What happens to my address if I cancel?
- Your address is yours as long as you're a member. If you cancel, your mailbox stays open for 14 days so you can export your mail, and it is deleted 30 days after your subscription ends. The name is then held for 180 days before anyone can register it.
- Why .co?
- .co is the premium domain used by Twitter (t.co), Google (g.co), and thousands of businesses worldwide. For Colorado professionals, it carries a double meaning: it's both a globally recognized domain and a natural fit for the state. yourname@denver.co says exactly where you are.
